Reconstitution Instructions

1. Remove the flip-off cap and disinfect the rubber stopper with an appropriate antiseptic.
2. Draw 5 mL of sterile water for injection or normal saline into a sterile syringe and inject the entire volume into the vial.
3. Shake the vial thoroughly for approximately 10 minutes, then allow it to stand for at least 30 minutes to ensure complete hydration and dispersion of the powder.
4. Before use, gently agitate the vial until a smooth, uniform translucent suspension is obtained.
5. Disinfect the vial stopper again and withdraw the required amount using a new sterile syringe. An 18G needle may be used for faster withdrawal, followed by replacement with the preferred injection needle.
6. Inject according to the practitioner’s preferred technique. Fine needles (such as 30G) or an appropriate cannula may be used depending on the treatment area and injection protocol.
