Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the flip-off cap and disinfect the rubber stopper with an appropriate antiseptic.
- Draw 5 mL of sterile water for injection or normal saline into a sterile syringe and inject the entire volume into the vial.
- Shake the vial thoroughly for approximately 10 minutes, then allow it to stand for at least 30 minutes to ensure complete hydration and dispersion of the powder.
- Before use, gently agitate the vial until a smooth, uniform translucent suspension is obtained.
- Disinfect the vial stopper again and withdraw the required amount using a new sterile syringe. An 18G needle may be used for faster withdrawal, followed by replacement with the preferred injection needle.
- Inject according to the practitioner’s preferred technique. Fine needles (such as 30G) or an appropriate cannula may be used depending on the treatment area and injection protocol.
